One advantage HCS has over its competitors is that the company owner is also one of the certified coders providing coding services.  This provides a direct line of communication and service to the client.

Quality is also very important to HCS.  Trained by nationally recognized coding companies, our specialists have an audited accuracy rate of at least 96%.  Due to Medicare/Medicaid compliance regulations and the need for appropriate reimbursement, accurate coding practices are essential to organizations attempting to succeed in the healthcare realm.

HCS has certifications with the WBENC, WOSB and Historically Underutilized Business in North Carolina.

If your facility has a need due to coding backlogs, extended leave, vacations, or other unexpected emergencies that affect the workload and threaten the financial flow of the hospital, HCS is available to keep the accounts receivable low and the billing practices efficient.
